The Rotary Club of Brooks is proud to present the
4th Annual Pump It Up Run!
May 3rd, 2008 at Dinosaur Provincial Park
The only opportunity to run in the scenic beauty of the restricted back country of Dinosaur Provincial Park. This unique United Nations World Heritage Site is visited by thousands from around the world every year, now is your chance to see it like you have never seen it before.
| TIME & LOCATION The race is Saturday, May 3rd, 2008. All the events will start at the Dinosaur Park Concession. Races start at 11:00 am with check in and registration open at 10:00 am. Arrive early to check in and receive your race package. Check our website for updates on schedules and events. There is plenty of parking on site with events continuing throughout the day. |
COURSE The course is a combination of gravel roads and natural trails over moderate terrain. Challenging enough for the experienced runner yet enjoyable for those who want to walk the route. Visit our website for a detailed map of the course. NOTE: Due to the restrictions of the course, please no pets, bikes, skateboards, roller blades or wagons. Jogging strollers are permitted. |

ENTRY FEE The entry fee for the Pump It Up! Race is $25 for adults and $20 for Jr. (Under 20). MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO: ROTARY CLUB OF BROOKS Your entry fee entitles you to a great t-shirt, race number, post race refreshments and a chance to win awards in each age category as well as the overall awards for both men and women in the 3, 5 & 10km. There will also be some fantastic draw prizes (You must be present to win draw prizes.) Late entries ( after April 18, 2008 ) will not be guaranteed a t-shirt. |
